Access your policy details

• Will be direct to Customer Website page.

• Click " Register an account" button for registration

• To Register/ To Create a new account, choose your preferred phone number or email and enter the phone number or email that was provided in your Manulife Policy.
• If you choose a phone number, enter your mobile number. If you choose an email, enter your email address.
• Then, click "Continue" to proceed. If you do not wish to continue, click "Cancel."

• OTP number will be sent to the phone number or email you provided.
• Enter the received OTP number.
• Then, click the "Verify" button to proceed.

Note: Do not share the received OTP number with anyone else.

When creating a password:

It must be at least

• 8 characters long.
• 1 uppercase letter.
• 1 lowercase letter.
• 1 number.
• Do not use your personal information, previously used words, or sequential characters.
• •Click "Create" to proceed.

• Will be direct to Customer Website page.

• To sign in, use the phone number or email information provided when creating your account.
• If you choose a phone number, enter your mobile number. If you choose an email, enter your email address.
• Next, enter your password.
• Click the "Sign In" button to log in.
• If you forgot your password, click "Forget Password?" You will be directed to a page to enter the OTP number.
• If you do not have an account, click "Register An Account" to create a new one.

• OTP number will be sent to the phone number or email you provided.
• Enter the received OTP number.
• Then, click the "Verify" button to proceed and reach to Home page.
• Note: Do not share the received OTP number with anyone else.
• If the password is incorrect, please re-enter the password here.
