Laughter is good for your health, and it can turn your appearance into a younger look. Many international articles released that Laughing has many benefits and, in this article, we would like to briefly describe some major benefits of laughing.

Laughter is a very simple exercise for your mental health. Also, you can see that the infants begin smiling and laughing during the first weeks of life. This is why laughter isn’t complex.

• Share a good joke or a funny story with others

• Make time for fun activities (e.g., dancing while you are singing at karaoke)
